How is your order processed?

  1. Once you pay for your selection/s we receive a notification of your order from PayPal. Included in the notification from PayPal is your email address.

  2. We process your order and email your selection/s immediately to you.

  3. If your order is received outside our business hours, we will generally supply your order  within 24 hours of the order being placed.
    This delay is due to the     time difference     between our and your locality.

  4. Each page contained in the song/s selected by you is in JPG format or as a PDF file

  5. The page/s will be sent to you in a ZIP file as an attachment.            
    Please make sure that your email anti-virus does not block zip files!!

  6. A ZIP file reduces the size of the file thereby making the download faster and quicker for you to receive when you retrieve your email.

  7. There is no loss in resolution and the quality of the print-out is excellent.
